Aerofrost Guide is a ground-based frost sensor system with ultra-bright beacon lights and a secure digital platform. Each unit combines on-site detection with instant visual and data-driven alerts.
How It Works in the Field ?
When frost thresholds are reached, the sensor triggers:

BEACONS
Ultra-bright LED signals, visible from several hundred meters on the
ground and from the air. Configurable steady or flashing modes, 180°
horizontal and 120° vertical beam spread, with a 50,000-hour lifespan.
LoRa Range & Scalability
Proprietary Augos LoRa protocol with AES128 encryption, supporting
up to ~100 devices per gateway. Reliable bi-directional control and
long-range communication up to 15km across varied farm terrain.
Power Independency
Fully off-grid with integrated 2W solar panel and dual 18650 LiPo
batteries (7000mAh). Delivers ~2 days runtime without sunlight, with
automatic power conservation below 3.5V. User-replaceable
batteries (~2-year cycle).
Rugged Build
Industrial-grade enclosure rated IP65 for water and dust
protection, UV-resistant, vibration-tested, and field-ready.
Operates in temperatures from -20°C to +55°C, built for fixed,
long-term outdoor installation.
